Ongoing Preparations for MIXSED-1

Since our last meeting during the ASOF conference in Barcelona in May 2025, the MIXSED team has continued to meet regularly online in preparation for the upcoming MIXSED-1 expedition. These virtual meetings are helping to keep momentum and ensure coordination on key aspects of the project, including logistics, mooring design, and scientific planning.

We’re looking forward to sharing more detailed updates soon as we move closer to the 2026 field season!

Meeting during ASOF

Our second MIXSED meeting took place on 12 May 2025 in Barcelona, during the Arctic-Subarctic Ocean Fluxes (ASOF) conference.
